Coimbatore, also called Kovai, is the second largest city in Tamil Nadu.
Poondi is a town which is 30 km west of Coimbatore. The Isha Yoga centre is located in here. There is a religious centre in Poondi, which has a multi-religious temple. The temple also has a centre for Yoga and meditation. If you want to take part is the Yoga courses, you have to register in advance. The Yoga centre was founded by Yogi Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev.
