Day 1- Srinagar – Gulmargh:
Assistance at Srinagar airport by our representative who will transfer you to your pre-booked hotel at Gulmargh. Gulmarg’s legendry beauty, prime location and proximity to Srinagar naturally make it one of the premier hill resorts in the country. At Gulmargh check in to your hotel. After relaxation, procced to explore the scenic beauty of Khilanmarg, this smaller valley is about a 6-km walk from the Gulmarg. The meadow, carpeted with flowers in the spring, is the site for Gulmarg’s winter ski runs and offers a fine view of the surrounding peaks and over the Kashmir Valley. Return to hotel for night stay.
Day 2- Gulmargh Sightseeing:
After breakfast proceed to enjoy a pony ride and also enjoy a Gondola ride (cable car) to Khilanmarg. Thereafter, you can experience the calm, beautiful and a favorite picnic spot – Alpather Lake. This serene lake in a triangular shape is placed in the backdrop of scenic hilly snow capped terrains. The lakeside gardens add the beauty to the surroundings. Return to hotel for night stay.
Day 3- Gulmargh-Pahalgam:
After breakfast check out from your hotel and proceed to Pahalgam by car. On arrival check-in to the hotel. After relaxation you can visit Aru Valley, a small yet self-sufficient scenic village near Pahalgam. The drive up to the village is alluring too. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4- Pahalgam’s mesmerizing beauty:
After breakfast, proceed to visit Chandanwari. En-route visit to the betaab valley. The valley was named Betaab after the Bollywood movie by the same name! Earlier known as Hajan Valley, after the release of the movie, it was renamed as major part of the movie was shot here. Thereafter Chandanwari will leave you mesmerized in its beauty. Snow capped mountains and a huge glacier in the vicinity, its beauty is awe inspiring. After the beautiful day return to hotel for night stay.
Day 5- Pahalgam –Srinagar:
Early morning check out from the hotel and proceed towards Srinagar. Check in at your houseboat in Srinagar. No trip to Srinagar is complete without staying on one of the several houseboats. Anchored along one of the largest lakes in India, the Dal Lake, these houseboats are complete with vibrantly furnished bedrooms, kitchen & bathroom. After relaxation visit the Hazratbal Mosque on the western banks of the majestic Dal Lake. In the afternoon enjoy a Shikara ride on the Dal Lake. Return to houseboat for night stay.
Day 6- Srinagar Local sightseeing:
After breakfast, visit the Shankaracharya temple, the sacred temple of Shankaracharya occupies the top of the hills known as Takht-I-Sulaiman in the south-east of Srinagar. And Mugal Gardens covering Nishat bagh, Shalimar bagh and Cheshma Shahi. After a beautiful day return to the houseboat by the evening for overnight stay.
Day 7- Srinagar – Departure:
After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and proceed towards Srinagar Airport and further fly back home with remarkable memories. TOUR ENDS.
