Rameshwaram is a religious town, located in the Ramanathapuram district. It is situated on the Pamban Island, which is just 50 km away from Mannar Island in Sri Lanka.
Ramanathaswamy is a famous temple in Rameshwaram. It is an example of Dravidian architecture and has spectacular corridors and massive pillars. These pillars are known for their elaborate design.
